Remove deposits from the impeller, housing and wash the parts. Check the axial clearance of the bearing with the shaft, which should not exceed 0.13 mm under a load of 5 kgf. If the clearance is greater, the bearing with the shaft is replaced with new ones. Deformations and cracks on the housing are not allowed.
It is recommended to replace the pump seal and the gasket between the pump and the cylinder block with new ones after removing and disassembling the pump.
