Warning: A tyre with a large puncture, damaged cord or cut sidewall must be replaced.
Repair of a tubeless tire is possible without removing the wheel, it is enough to lift the car with a jack and place it on a support. The car can be used immediately after repair of the tubeless tire.
Warning: When driving on a repaired tire, you should exercise caution: reduce your speed so that in the event of sudden tire failure you can take adequate measures; try to avoid uneven road surfaces or drive over them at low speed. The repaired tire should be replaced as soon as possible. It is acceptable to use such a tire on a spare wheel.
Sequence of execution
1. Find the puncture site (by the air coming out of the puncture or by the object that has punctured the tire).
2. Install the wheel so that the puncture site is accessible for repair.
3. Remove the object that punctured the tire.
4. Inflate the wheel to a pressure of 2.0 bar (0.2 MPa).
5. Apply a few drops of glue to the notched tip of the device.
6. After inserting the tip of the device into the puncture hole, push it in and out several times.
7. Insert a strip of raw rubber into a needle with a split eye so that the needle divides the strip in half.
8. Apply glue activator to the rubber strip.
9. Using a needle, insert a strip of raw rubber into the puncture hole so that approximately half of the strip protrudes from each side.
10. Carefully remove the needle so that the rubber strip remains in the puncture.
11. Cut off the protruding parts of the repair strip flush with the tire surface.
12. Bring the air pressure in the tire to 2.0 bar (0.2 MPa).
