To carry out the work you will need an inspection pit or overpass.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. With two keys by 17 mm we unscrew the nut of the bolt that secures the stabilizer bar to the wishbone.
3. Using a punch of a suitable diameter, knock the bolt out of the rack and lever.
4. Lubricate the end of the stabilizer bar with soapy water.
5. Insert a punch into the hole in the lower silent block and, using it as a lever, turn the rack from side to side, gradually moving the rack toward the edge of the rod.
6. Remove the rack from the barbell.
Similarly, we remove the stand from the other end of the stabilizer bar.

Installation
We install the struts in the reverse order, having previously lubricated the ends of the stabilizer bar with a soap solution.
