Removal
1. Remove the flywheel (see above, "Flywheel - removal and installation").
Warning: When performing the following operation, be careful not to scratch the running surface of the crankshaft journal.
2. Pry up the seal with a screwdriver...

...and remove it from its seat.

Installation
1. Apply clean engine oil to the working surface of the new seal and press it evenly until it stops using a hammer with a plastic striker.

Advice: You can also press in the seal with a regular hammer, using the old seal as a mandrel.
2. Install the flywheel in place (see "Flywheel - removal and installation").
