One of the reasons for low fuel pressure in the fuel rail may be a dirty fuel module mesh filter.
Removal
1. Remove the fuel module (see "Fuel module of engines 2111 and 2112 (1.5i) - removal and installation").
2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, pry up the mesh filter (for more details, see "Fuel module of engines 21114 and 21124 (1.6i) - cleaning the mesh filter").

3. Remove the mesh filter.

4. Remove dirt deposits from the fuel module intake chamber and wash the housing in nitro paint solvent.
5. Wash the mesh filter in nitro paint solvent and blow it out with compressed air (from a compressor or foot pump).
Recommendation: If the mesh filter is very dirty and cannot be cleaned, replace the filter.
Installation
We install the mesh filter in the reverse order.
