Advice: In case of fuel pump failure, the fuel module assembly can be replaced, as the pump replacement operation requires practical skills and accuracy (fuel module components may be damaged).
To perform the operation you will need a hair dryer (technical) or hot water.
Removal
1. Remove the fuel module (see "Fuel module of engines 2111 and 2112 (1.5i) - removal and installation").
2. Remove the fuel level indicator sensor (see "Fuel module of engines 2111 and 2112 (1.5i) - replacement of fuel level indicator sensor") and remove the mesh filter from the electric fuel pump pipe (see "Fuel module of engines 2111 and 2112 (1.5i) - cleaning the mesh filter").
3. Using pliers, remove the locking pin from the guide hole.

4. Remove the electric fuel pump casing from the fuel module cover guides.

5. Using a slotted screwdriver, release the three fasteners and remove the electric fuel pump housing cover.

6. Remove the electric fuel pump from the casing.

7. Using a hair dryer, heat up the end of the corrugated tube placed on the electric fuel pump branch pipe and disconnect the corrugated tube from the pump branch pipe (for more details, see. "Fuel module of engines 21114 and 21124 (1.6i) - replacement of fuel pump").
Installation
We install the electric fuel pump in the reverse order.
