The contact welding points are drilled in the joints of the frame and the shield of the air inlet box with a drill with a diameter of 6 mm.
In cases of simultaneous replacement of the roof panel, make marks on the drain grooves on both sides of the joints of the roof with the window frame panel. Chisel off the frame panel (in fig. 186 felling lines are shown in dotted lines) from racks, gutters and amplifiers. Cut off the remaining strips of metal with wire cutters and straighten the deformed edges.
The burner burns and cleans the paint on the body parts along the fit of the wind window frame, as well as on both sides of the edge of the frame panel.
A new frame panel is installed and fastened with quick-release clamps. When installing the panel, align the marks on the gutters with the roof joints. Gas welding grab the frame panel in the places shown in the figure.
Install the hood and check the fit of the panel. The dimensions of the opening of the wind window are checked and the panel is welded by gas welding with solder L62, L68 by melting the edges to a length of 10 mm every 50 mm. Partial replacement of the windscreen frame panel is allowed with the roof panel installed.
