Pic. 249. Scheme of inclusion of cleaners and headlight washer:
1 - electric motors for headlight cleaners; 2 - headlight washer motor; 3 - mounting block; 4 - ignition switch; 5 - headlight washer switch in a three-lever switch (at the same time it is a windshield washer switch); P2 - relay for switching on cleaners and headlight washer.
The headlight cleaner motor together with the gearbox is located in one housing, forming an assembled electric drive. The electric drive has a reusable thermal bimetallic fuse to protect the electric motor from overloads. The design of the electric drive of the cleaner is non-separable, and in the event of a malfunction, it is replaced with a new one. Basic data for checking the electric drive of the cleaner (at a voltage of 12 V and a temperature of 25°C):
- The number of double shaft strokes per minute at a moment of 0.1 kgf·m - 50±5
- Current consumption at a moment of 0.1 kgf·m, A, no more than - 1.5
