Free play on lever 19 (see figure 58) in the initial position of the drive should be 3.5-4.0 mm. It is adjusted with nuts 5, changing the position of the lower branch of the cable relative to bracket 3.
The adjustment procedure is as follows. Loosen nuts 5 and install a 20 0 1.5 mm feeler gauge into the window of cable link 1 so that it is located between the edge B of the link and the socket of lever 19 of the clutch release fork. Then tighten nuts 5 until the gaps in the clutch release drive are eliminated. After removing the feeler gauge, check the amount of free play of the clutch release fork lever.
