Removing
1. Remove the pressure and clutch discs (see points 1-3 "Driven and pressure plates of coupling - replacement").
2. Using a 17 mm socket wrench, unscrew the six bolts securing the flywheel, holding it from turning with a mounting spatula or screwdriver.
3. Remove the washer.
4. Remove the flywheel from the crankshaft.
If necessary, remove the top cover of the clutch housing from the guide bushings.
Installation
We install the flywheel and all removed parts on the car in the reverse order of removal.
Before tightening the flywheel mounting bolts, we apply a thread lock to their threaded part.
The crankshaft is balanced with the flywheel. Therefore, the flywheel must be mounted on the shaft in only one position. To do this, on the outside of the flywheel there is a mark made by drilling.
When installing the flywheel on the crankshaft, the mark should be located opposite the connecting rod journal of the fourth cylinder.
Warning. When installing a new flywheel on a car, it must be balanced along with the crankshaft.
