To carry out the work, an inspection pit or overpass is required.
Attention! Before starting repairs, make sure that the system elements are not hot.
Removal
1. Remove the engine splash guard (see "Engine Mudguard - Removal and Installation").
2. Remove the oxygen concentration sensor (see "Oxygen Concentration Sensor - Checking and Replacing").
3. Remove the metal-graphite ring (see "Metal-graphite sealing ring - replacement").
4. Key by 13 mm we unscrew the two nuts securing the bracket clamping plate and remove it.

5. Key by 13 mm we unscrew the two bolts securing the bracket to the cylinder block.

6. Remove the bracket.
7. Using a screwdriver, bend back the edges of the locking plates of the nuts securing the intake pipe to the exhaust manifold (see below).
8. With a socket wrench by 13 mm using an extension, unscrew the four nuts securing the intake pipe to the exhaust manifold.

9. Remove the exhaust pipe.
10. Remove the gasket from the studs.

Installation
We install the intake pipe in the reverse order, and replace the gasket between the intake pipe and the manifold with a new one.
We also replace damaged, deformed nuts and lock plates.
