Attention! Do not operate a vehicle with defective suspension parts: this impairs handling, stability and adversely affects traffic safety.
Attention! Replace torn, cracked, or loose boot protectors, otherwise dust, dirt, and water will quickly damage the ball joints.
1. Check up a condition of protective covers of spherical hinges of a forward suspension bracket. If the boots are damaged, replace the hinge assembly.
2. Inspect the suspension arms and extensions. If they are bent or cracked, replace damaged parts. Inspect the rubber-to-metal hinges of the front suspension. Replace hinges with torn, cracked, or bulging rubber on one side.
3. Check up a condition of pillows of a bar of the stabilizer and a rack of a bar. Replace cushions that are damaged (torn or cracked).
4. Inspect the rubber-to-metal joints of the rear suspension and bushings of the lower mounting of the rear shock absorber. Replace hinges and bushings with torn, cracked or squeezed out rubber on one side.
5. Check the end play in the front suspension arm pivot. To do this, vigorously shake the lever along the hinge axis with a mounting spatula. If there is play, replace the joint.
