Removal
Warning: For safety reasons, it is recommended to replace brake discs in pairs, on both front brake mechanisms at once.
Warning: The minimum thickness of a ventilated brake disc is 17.8 mm.
1. Remove the brake caliper from the brake disc without disconnecting the brake hose from it (see "Front brake caliper - removal, installation, replacement").
2. To prevent the brake caliper from hanging on the brake hose, tie it with wire to the strut spring.
3. Using a metal brush, clean the cylindrical seating surface of the brake disc on the hub from dirt and rust and wet this area with WD-40 penetrating lubricant.
4. Using a 7 mm deep-head socket wrench, loosen the wheel guide studs while holding the brake disc with your hand to prevent it from turning.
5. Remove the brake disc from the hub. If the brake disc cannot be removed, tap the brake disc with a hammer on the plane of the wheel mount near the hub.
Warning: Do not strike the working surface of the brake disc with a hammer!
Installation
1. Clean the brake disc seat on the hub from dirt and rust and cover it with plastic grease.
2. Next, we install all the removed parts on the car in the reverse order.

3. Wipe the working surfaces of the brake disc with a rag soaked in solvent.
