To carry out repairs to replace the rear brake cylinder, you will need a special wrench for fittings of working cylinders and brake pipes.
Removing
1. Remove the brake pads (see "Rear brake pads - removal, installation, replacement").
2. We remove the protective rubber cap from the bleeder of the working brake cylinder and a special key, or an 8 mm ring spanner (a socket wrench of the same size will also work) fully unscrew the bleed screw.
We process the fitting of the brake pipe with a penetrating lubricant WD-40.
Warning. When performing the following work, make sure that when the bleeder screw is loosened, the brake pipe does not rotate with it. If the brake pipe «sour» in the fitting - replace it.
