2. Remove the toothed pulley from the crankshaft.
3. In order not to lose the key, we take it out of the groove in the crankshaft.
Warning! When removing the oil seal, do not scratch the working surface of the crankshaft journal
4. Prying the stuffing box with a hook or thin curved pliers, remove it from the seat.
5. We apply clean engine oil to the working edge of the new oil seal and press it through a mandrel or a piece of pipe of a suitable diameter so that the outer edge of the oil seal is flush with the edge of its seat.
6. Insert the key into the groove of the crankshaft.
7. We install the toothed pulley on the shaft, making sure that the key does not fall out of the seat and enters the slot of the pulley.
8. Install the timing belt and the crankshaft pulley in the reverse order of removal, and adjust the belt tension (see "Timing belt - checking the condition and adjusting the tension").
