- remove the brushes with levers;
- disconnect the wires from the battery and from the windshield wiper motor;
- unscrew the nuts of the lever axles with the mounting bushings,
- unscrew the nuts securing the electric motor bracket and remove the electric motor complete with the lever system.
On the workbench, remove the lever system from the electric motor. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
