The relay type Rs-514 is used to obtain intermittent operation of the windshield wiper. It is installed under the instrument panel on the left side and is attached to the body with two screws.
At the initial moment of switching on the windshield wiper for intermittent operation (while the bimetallic plate of the breaker has not yet heated up) the brushes can make up to 4 continuous double strokes.
