
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the six screws securing the rear door sill trim…

… and remove the cladding.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the lock drive handle.
On the inside of the panel there is a bracket, from the eye of which we remove the drive shell stop…

…and we bring the handle with the drive rod out to the lower window of the inner side panel.

Using a screwdriver, release the clamp securing the lock drive rod on the left side of the body…

... and two clamps on the threshold of the rear door.

We disconnect the drive rod from the lock body.
We pull the drive out from behind the inner side panel..

…and we take it off.
You can replace the handle of the lock drive without dismantling the drive. For clarity, the handle replacement is shown on the removed drive.

We straighten the end of the rod with pliers.
By moving the sleeve,…

…we remove the rod from the handle eye.
We assemble the drive in reverse order.
