Pulling the shock absorber rod to the stop, unscrew the nut 7 (see fig. 122) tank with key A.57034/R. The working cylinder 3 with the rod 4 and other parts is removed from the tank. Release the reservoir from the vise, drain the liquid.
The key 67.7824.9513.005 is used to remove the guide sleeve 13 from the working cylinder, then the rod assembly with the piston 18 and other parts is removed from the cylinder and the liquid is drained. Carefully, the housing 30 of the compression valve assembly with parts is knocked out of the cylinder with a special drift. Putting the rod with the piston into the vise jaws, clamp it and unscrew the nut 24 of the recoil valve. They remove the piston 18 with valves, the guide sleeve 13, the stem seal with the holder 10 and other parts. For the shock absorber of the front suspension, for the convenience of inspecting the rod, it is also recommended to compress the casing 36.
The compression valve is disassembled, for which the clip 25 is removed, and then the spring 26, the plate 2 7 and the disks 28 and 29 are sequentially removed from the housing.
The shock absorber is assembled in the reverse order of disassembly, taking into account the following:
- after assembling the compression valve, make sure that the plate 27 and valve discs have free play;
- the compression valve is pressed into the cylinder with a mandrel 67.7824.9513.004;
- to facilitate the assembly of parts located on the rod, use the guide 67.7824.9513.003;
- the throttle disc of the front shock absorber has 3 grooves along the outer diameter, and the throttle disc of the rear shock absorber has 6;
- the spring of the recoil valve of the front shock absorber is copper-plated, and the rear shock absorber is uncoated;
- the recoil valve nut is tightened with a torque of 1.2-1.5 kgf·m;
- the tank nut is tightened with a fully extended stem with a wrench 67.7824.9513.002 with a torque of 7–9 kgf·m.
