Recommendation. The gearbox weighs more than 30 kg, so work with an assistant or using an adjustable stop or lifting device.
Removing
1. Remove the engine protection (see "Engine protection - removal and installation").
2. Drain the oil from the gearbox (see "Gearbox - oil change").
3. Remove the battery from the car (see "Battery - removal and installation").
4. Remove the air filter (see "Air filter - removal and installation").
5. Having unscrewed the two bolts with a 13 mm key, remove the battery shelf.
6. Remove the starter (see "Starter - removal and installation").
7. Disconnect the clutch release cable from the gearbox (see points 2-5 "Clutch cable - removal and installation").
8. Disconnect the wire connectors from the reverse light switch and vehicle speed sensor (see "The switch of lanterns of a backing - removal and installation").
9. Prying with a screwdriver, disconnect from the bracket mounted on the gearbox housing, the clamp for attaching the wiring harness...
... or use a 13 mm wrench to unscrew the fastening nut...
... and remove the wiring harness from the gearbox housing along with the bracket.
10. Disconnect the reactive thrust of the drive from the gearbox (see "Jet draft - removal and installation").
11. Disconnect the gearshift drive rod from the hinge (see "Gearshift drive - removal, installation and adjustment").
12. Remove the front wheel drives from the car (see "Drive wheel drive - removal and installation").
13. We install an adjustable stop under the engine and remove the left support of the power unit (see "Supports and rods of the power unit - removal and installation").
14. With a 17 mm ring wrench, unscrew the mounting lug fastening nut.
15. Remove the mounting eye.
16. Using a 10 mm wrench, unscrew the three bolts securing the lower cover of the clutch housing.

We carry out further work with an assistant or install an adjustable stop under the gearbox.
18. Using a 19 mm socket wrench, unscrew the three bolts securing the gearbox to the engine.
19. And also one nut securing the gearbox to the engine.
Note. Upper gearbox mounting bolt on the right side of the engine (when viewed from the side of the gearbox) shorter than the others.
Warning. When removing the gearbox from the vehicle, do not rest its input shaft on the clutch diaphragm spring, as this may damage it.
20. Shaking the gearbox from side to side, remove it from the guide bushings and carefully remove the input shaft from the hole in the driven disk and the clutch basket.
21. We take the gearbox away from the engine as much as possible, tilt it down with the clutch housing and, having passed it between the engine and the front suspension extension, carefully lower the gearbox to the floor under the gearbox with an adjustable stop.
Installation
We apply grease to the splines of the input shaft of the gearbox.
We install the gearbox and all removed parts on the car in the reverse order of removal.
