Removal the front light, replacing the bulbs (VAZ-21214)

To replace the lamps…



…use a slotted screwdriver to unscrew the two screws securing the diffuser…



…and remove the diffuser.



Press lightly on the lamp, turn it counterclockwise and remove it.

To remove the lantern…



...using an 8 mm socket, unscrew the two nuts securing the light to the plastic bracket.





We pull the lantern towards ourselves.

We take away the plastic cover. Having marked the wires, we disconnect them..



…and remove the lantern.

To remove the headlight assembly with the bracket…



...disconnect the wiring block of the light in the engine compartment.



Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws that secure the light bracket to the body…




…and remove the lantern assembly with the bracket.

We install the lantern in the reverse order.
