Remove the distributor sensor rotor (see Removal the ignition distributor sensor rotor).

We knock out the pin with a fine punch…

…and remove the oil deflector and washer from the shaft.

We remove the roller from the distributor housing.

Using a thin screwdriver, remove the lock washer of the ignition timing vacuum regulator rod.

We use a screwdriver to pry up the regulator rod and remove it from the pivot plate pin.

Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the vacuum ignition timing regulator.

This screw secures the sensor wires from moving upward with the extended, non-threaded end.

We remove the vacuum regulator.

Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the contactless sensor.

We release the wiring harness of the contactless sensor.

Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the sensor connector…

…and remove the sensor with wires and connector.

Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the rotary plate…

…and we take out the rotary plate with the bearing.
We assemble the ignition distributor sensor in reverse order.
