To remove the separator, two-way gas tank valve, safety and gravity valves, remove the right side trim (see Removing upholstery).
Before removing the elements, mark the fittings and hoses.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two self-tapping screws securing the gravity valve...
... and we bring it out of the window of the panel of the right side of the body.
Loosen the clamps with a Phillips screwdriver.
Removing the hoses..
...we release the gravity valve.
Disconnect hoses..
... take out the two-way valve.
We pull out the safety valve from the cavity of the sidewall,...
...we loosen the hose clamps...
...and remove the valve.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the separator to the body.
Move the separator to the window in the panel...
... and loosen the hose clamps of the tank ventilation hoses with a Phillips screwdriver.
After removing the hoses from the separator fittings,...
... take it out through the back (the biggest) panel window.
To remove the adsorber, disconnect the electrical connector from it.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the hose clamp connecting the adsorber to the throttle assembly fitting...
...and remove the hose.
Similarly, disconnect the hose connecting the adsorber with a two-way valve.
key «on 10» unscrew the bolt that tightens the clamp securing the adsorber to the mudguard.
We take out the adsorber from the engine compartment.
We install the components of the fuel vapor recovery system in the reverse order.
