In the engine compartment on the front panel with pliers, loosen the hose clamp to the lower radiator pipe..
... and remove the hose from the nozzle (the hose from the upper branch pipe of the heater radiator was removed when dismantling the engine).
head «on 7» unscrew the two screws securing the seal to the front panel...
...and remove the seal.
In the cabin, remove the storage shelf (see Removing the storage shelf).
key «on 7» loosen the bolt securing the clamping bracket of the crane drive rod..
... and remove the thrust from the crane lever.
The heater cock is attached to the radiator mod. 2105 (aluminum) with two bolts, to the radiator mod. 2101 (brass) - two nuts.
head (1/4 inch square) «on 10» with a cardan joint, we unscrew the two bolts securing the valve to the radiator.
We remove the faucet with a pipe.
key «on 10» unscrew the two bolts securing the pipe to the faucet.
Let's take the tube...
...and gaskets.
Install the faucet in reverse order.
Attention! The lower nut for attaching the faucet to the aluminum radiator..
... during disassembly, it may fall out of the radiator reservoir.
When installing the nut in place, we fix it in the socket with plasticine.
