Warning. Before performing work on the removal of the fuel rail, read the safety regulations for the maintenance and repair of the power system (see "Safety measures for the maintenance and repair of the power system").
Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see item 2a "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Relieve fuel pressure in the fuel line (see "Fuel Line - Pressure Relief").
3. Remove the air filter housing (see "Air filter - removal and installation").
4. With two 17 mm keys, unscrew the fitting (2) tubes of the fuel rail, holding the hex end of the fuel line hose that supplies fuel to the fuel rail. Remove the hose tip from the tube. Disconnect the plug in the same way (3) fuel drain pipes to the fuel tank. We release the clamp (1) wiring harness attachment.

11. With a 5 mm hex wrench, unscrew the two bolts securing the fuel rail to the cylinder head.
12. We remove the fuel rail assembly from the car with injectors, wiring harness and fuel pressure regulator.
Note. To remove the fuel rail, you need to pull it towards you, and then move it to the side to the port side.
Disassembly
13. Use a slotted screwdriver to release the two brackets for attaching the wiring harness.
14. Disconnect the four connectors of the wiring harness from the injectors.
