Disconnect the wire from the terminal "–" battery.
Remove the air filter (see subsection 10.10.1.).
1. Loosen the bolt securing the air damper linkage to the lever.
2. Loosen the bolt securing the air damper linkage shell to the bracket.
3. Disconnect the air damper linkage from the lever.
4. Disconnect the tie rod end from the throttle lever using a screwdriver.
5. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation small branch hose from the carburetor fitting.
6. Disconnect the wires from the EPHH valve.
7. Disconnect the vacuum regulator hose from the carburetor fitting.
8. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the fuel supply hose from the fitting on the carburetor.
9. To get better access to the rear carburetor mounting nuts (along the car), unscrew the EPHH valve...
10.... remove it and turn off two nuts of back fastening of the carburetor.
11. Remove the air filter bracket.
12. Loosen the two nuts on the front carburetor mounting.
13. Remove the carburetor from the studs.
14. Cover the hole in the intake pipe with a clean cloth. Install the carburetor in the reverse order of removal. After installation, adjust the air and throttle actuator (see subsections 10.10.5. and 10.10.6.).
