The main causes of increased noise when disengaging the clutch are the clutch release bearing and the gearbox input shaft bearing. They are replaced with new ones.
Increased noise may occur if the gap in the connection of the clutch driven disk hub and the gearbox drive shaft has increased due to spline wear. Unfortunately, it is impossible to make splines fuller at home and it is best to replace such worn pairs with new ones.
