Disassembly
Remove the exhaust pipe with the bracket. Unscrew the starter mounting nuts 3 (figure 21) to the clutch housing and remove the starter. Remove brackets 1, 4 and 6 (see figure 3) with powertrain suspension supports.

Remove the bottom cover 5 (see figure 21) clutch housing, having unscrewed its mounting bolts. Carefully disconnect gearbox 4 from engine 1, trying not to rest the input shaft of the gearbox on the petals of the clutch pressure spring.
Remove the upper cover 2 of the clutch housing and disconnect the clutch housing 6 with the driven disk 7 from the flywheel.

Assembly
The clutch housing with the driven disk is installed on the flywheel using three centering pins and secured with bolts. Two centering bushings are installed in the lower legs of the cylinder block (if they are not there) and put the upper cover of the clutch housing on them.
Center with mandrel A.70081 (see figure 60) driven clutch disc. Apply a thin layer of Litol-24 grease to the splined end of the gearbox primary shaft and to the outer surface of the clutch release bearing guide sleeve. Connect the gearbox to the engine without resting the primary shaft on the clutch pressure spring petals. Attach the gearbox to the engine with bolts and nuts (the bolts are of different lengths - see Figure 21).
Install the lower cover of the clutch housing and secure it with bolts.
Lubricate the front bushing of the starter anchor shaft, located in the clutch housing, with engine oil. Install and secure the starter and three brackets with the powertrain suspension cushions.
Install and secure the muffler inlet pipe with the bracket using new nuts.
