Raise the car and drain the oil from the engine oil sump. Block the flywheel with lock 67.7820.9534, unscrew the flywheel mounting bolts and remove it. Remove the bottom cover of the clutch housing and the engine oil sump with gasket.
After unscrewing the nuts and bolts, remove the crankshaft rear oil seal holder. Turn the crankshaft until the alignment marks on the balance shaft drive gears are aligned (pic. 25). Holding the balance shaft from below with a 27 mm wrench, unscrew the shaft gear mounting bolt and remove the gear and key.
A key and a new gear are installed on the balance shaft so that the mark on the gear is against the mark on gear 2 of the crankshaft. Fix the gear with a bolt and washer.
They clean off the remnants of the old sealant and degrease the mating surfaces of the cylinder block and the crankshaft rear oil seal holder. KLT-75T sealant is applied to the surfaces of the holder mating with the cylinder block with a continuous roller with a width of at least 3 mm. Put the holder with the stuffing box on the mandrel 41.7853.4011 and move it from the mandrel to the crankshaft flange. Attach the holder to the cylinder block with bolts and nuts.
Install the flywheel on the crankshaft along the locating pin so that the mark (cone-shaped hole) near the rim was against the axes of the connecting rod journals of the crankshaft. Install the washer and flywheel mounting bolts, lock the flywheel with retainer 67.7820.9534 and tighten the mounting bolts.
Install the oil sump with gasket and the bottom cover of the clutch housing. Pour engine oil into the engine through the neck on the cylinder head cover.
The clutch is installed and fixed on the flywheel by placing the driven disk with the protruding part of the hub towards the pressure disk and centering it relative to the flywheel with the mandrel 67.7853.9597.
