Removal
1. Remove the throttle assembly from the receiver without disconnecting the hoses (see "Throttle assembly - removal, gasket replacement and installation").
2. Head by 10 mm we unscrew the two bracket mounting bolts and move the throttle cable together with the bracket to the side.
3. Remove the high-voltage wire tips from the spark plug wells of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd cylinders (see "High-voltage wires of the 2112 engine (1.5i 16V) - removal and installation"), remove the high-voltage wires from the plastic bracket (1) and put them aside without disconnecting them from the ignition module.
Similarly, we disconnect the high-voltage wire of the fourth cylinder from the spark plug and the plastic bracket (2).

4. Remove the wire harness holders from the receiver studs and move the harness forward.
Note: To keep the wiring harness out of the way, you can disconnect the wiring harness connectors for the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors, the purge valve of the adsorber and put it aside
5. After loosening the clamp, remove the brake booster hose from the receiver pipe.
6. Key by 8 mm we loosen the four clamps that secure the rubber couplings to the receiver pipes.
7. With a socket wrench by 10 mm we unscrew the two nuts securing the receiver to the cylinder head cover.
8. Disconnect the hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
9. Remove the receiver from the engine.
10. If necessary, use a socket wrench by 10 mm we unscrew four bolts and remove two plastic brackets for fastening high-voltage wires.
11. If there is damage to the rubber couplings, use a socket wrench by 10 mm we loosen the clamps that secure them to the intake manifold and remove the couplings.
Installation
We install the receiver in the reverse order.
