Disassembly
If only one part needs to be replaced, then you don't have to completely disassemble the cylinder head and remove only what is needed for replacement.
Place the cylinder head on a stand, disconnect the hose from the warm air intake, unscrew the nuts and remove the carburetor with the gasket, and then the intake pipe and exhaust manifold (the warm air intake is removed at the same time).
Remove the cooling jacket outlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe to the heater. Unscrew the spark plugs and the coolant temperature sensor.
Loosen the mounting nuts and remove the bearing housing together with the camshaft. Loosen the nuts securing the thrust flange to the bearing housing. Remove the flange and take the camshaft out of the bearing housing.
Remove the valve levers 11 (Fig. 2-43), releasing them from the springs 12. Remove the lever springs.

1 - valve; 2- retaining ring; 3 - guide bushing; 4 - oil deflector cap; 5 - outer spring support washer; 6 - inner spring lock washer; 7 - inner spring; 8 - outer spring; 9 - spring plate; 10 - crackers; 11 - valve drive lever; 12 - lever spring; 13 - adjusting bolt; 14 - adjusting bolt lock nut; 15 - adjusting bolt sleeve; 16 - lever spring locking plate.
Loosen locknuts 14, unscrew adjusting bolts 13 and adjusting bolt bushings 15.
Install the A.60311/R tool as shown in Fig. 2-44, compress the valve springs and release the crackers. The stationary tool 02.7823.9505 can also be used instead of the portable tool A.60311/R.

Remove the valve springs with the plates and support washers. Turn the cylinder head and remove the valves from the bottom. Remove the oil-deflecting caps from the guide bushings.
Assembly
Assemble the cylinder head in the reverse order of disassembly. Lubricate the valve stems and oil-deflecting caps with engine oil before assembly.
Before installing the camshaft bearing housing, check that the housing mounting bushings are in place (fig. 2-20). Tighten the bearing housing fastening nuts in the order shown on fig. 2-22. In this case, pay attention to the fact that the mounting bushings enter the bearing housing seats without distortion.
Adjust the valve clearances after installing the cylinder head on the engine.
