Attention! We carry out work on a viewing ditch or a lift.
Remove the right wheel. We press out the ball pins of the rods from the holes of the pendulum lever: medium (see Removing the middle thrust) and side (see Removing the side bar).
head «at 17» we unscrew the lower bolt of the pendulum arm bracket to the right side member,..
... while holding the nut from turning with a box wrench of the same dimension.
Loosen the upper bracket bolt in the same way.
Removing bolts..
... and remove the pendulum arm bracket.
We clamp the pendulum lever in a vise.
We take out the cotter pin with pliers..
...and the key «at 19» unscrew the adjusting nut.
Let's take the puck..
... and the upper washer of the bracket housing.
Remove the bracket housing from the lever axis.
We remove the upper seal from the bracket housing..
... and bottom.
Remove the top plastic bushing..

Details of the pendulum arm bracket.
You can replace the plastic bushings and the axis of the pendulum arm bracket on the car without unscrewing the bolts that secure the bracket to the side member.
Having disconnected the ball pins of the middle and side rods from the pendulum lever, unscrew the adjusting nut..
... and take out the pendulum lever with the axis..
...and plastic bushings.
Assemble the bracket in reverse order. Tighten the self-locking axle nut to the required torque (see Tightening torques for threaded connections). We lubricate the plastic bushings and fill the cavity between them in the bracket with Litol-24 grease. We install the upper washer with the extrusion upwards. After tightening the adjusting nut, the lever should turn under the action of a force of 9.8–19.6 N (1–2 kgf), attached at its end. If the lever turning force exceeds this value, then unscrew the adjusting nut, lift the upper washer and tighten the nut again so as to achieve the necessary lever turning force.
