Three wires from the harness of the control unit are connected through a separate block to the low-voltage input of the tachometer in the instrument cluster, with a control lamp "CHECK ENGINE" and with the ignition switch plug "15".
There are four fuses in the ECU wiring harness. They are installed in a separate fuse block 26, located under the left front trim cover. The purpose of these fuses is shown in Table 9-2.

In addition to the fuses, there is also a "fuse link" at the end of the red wire that connects to the battery. This "fuse link" is made in the form of a piece of black wire with a cross-section of 1 mm², while the main red wire has a cross-section of 6 mm².
Electric motors for cooling system fans
To drive the fans of the engine cooling system, two DC electric motors with excitation from permanent magnets of the MP 8015 type are used.
The electric motors are switched on by the engine management system controller via a relay. When the engine is running, the relay is switched on if the coolant temperature exceeds 105°C and is switched off after the coolant temperature drops below 101°C.
Electric motors do not require maintenance and should be replaced with new ones in case of failure.
Data for checking the electric motor:
