We remove the receiver (see Removing the injection engine reservoir).
Disconnect the ramp electrical connector.
Disconnect the drain pipe from the fuel pressure regulator (see Removing the fuel pressure regulator).
key «at 17», gradually releasing pressure, unscrew the nut of the fuel supply pipe, holding the hose fitting with a wrench of the same dimension.
Having disconnected the tube and the hose fitting, we control the condition of the rubber sealing ring - it should not be damaged.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw securing the fuel pipe clamp bracket...
...and remove the bracket.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw of the pressure plate of the fuel supply pipe to the rail.
We take out the tube from the ramp.
The connection is sealed with a rubber ring (ramp removed for clarity).
hexagon «by 5» unscrew the two screws securing the ramp to the intake pipe.
Pulling the ramp along the axes of the nozzles, we take out all four nozzles from the seats...
... and remove the rail with injectors, fuel pressure regulator and wiring harness.
Install the ramp in reverse order. We replace damaged rubber sealing rings and, during installation, lubricate with engine oil. The tightening torque of the rail mounting screws is 9–13 Nm, and the nuts of the fuel pipes are 20–34 Nm.
