We disconnect the tip of the regulator lever from the rod of the rear axle bracket (see Checking the performance and adjusting the drive of the rear brake pressure regulator).
key «on 10» unscrew the nut of the bolt securing the holder of the support sleeve to the bracket.
We derive the clip of the support sleeve of the lever from the slot of the bracket.
Remove the clip from the support sleeve.
Opening the support bushing,..
... remove it from the lever.
key «for 8» unscrew the bolt securing the locking plate of the lever to the axis of the regulator.
We take out the end of the lever from the hole of the regulator axis.
key «on 10» or with a special unscrew the fittings securing the two brake pipes to the rear brake pressure regulator.
Remove the brake lines.
key «at 13» unscrew the two bolts securing the regulator housing to the bracket..
... and remove the regulator.
We take out the axis from the pressure regulator housing.
To remove the pressure regulator bracket..
... head «at 13» unscrew the two nuts securing the bracket to the body.
We remove the bracket.
To remove the lever bearing bushing bracket..
... head «at 13» unscrew the two nuts securing the bracket to the body.
Remove the arm support bushing bracket.
To remove the connecting rod of the pressure regulator lever with the rear axle bracket..
... with two keys «on 10» unscrew the nut of the traction bolt.
Having taken out the bolt, we remove the thrust.
We install the drive parts of the rear brake pressure regulator in the reverse order. We adjust the drive (see Checking the performance and adjusting the drive of the rear brake pressure regulator).
We apply a thin layer of graphite grease to the regulator axis and the protruding part of the piston. We put 5–6 g of the same lubricant in the protective cover of the pressure regulator and install it in place.
