We remove the hose with the bypass bolt.
The hose fitting is sealed on both sides with copper washers.
Similarly, disconnect the brake hose of the other circuit.
Remove the cylinder block with brake caliper (see Replacing the front brake pads).
Take out the brake pads.
Clamping the brake caliper in a vise with soft metal jaw pads, we use a punch to cut off the cylinder block retainer.
At the same time, we sink the cylinder block retainer with a rod with a diameter of 3-4 mm and, striking with a plastic hammer on the cylinder block, we begin to shift the block along the brake caliper guides.
Having shifted the cylinder block by 1.5–2.0 mm, we take out the rod.
With a hammer with a plastic striker or a mallet, we knock out the cylinder block from the caliper guides.
Cylinder block and brake caliper.
We take out the retainer and its spring from the seat of the brake cylinder block.
The latch enters the caliper hole and limits the movement of the cylinder block.
We assemble and install the front brake mechanism in the reverse order.
To facilitate assembly, we remove the chamfers from the guides of the cylinder block with a file.
Having sunk the latch into the socket of the block, we insert the block into the grooves of the caliper.
We hammer the cylinder block with a plastic-headed hammer until the latch enters the caliper hole.

When tightening the bypass bolts, note that the position of the brake hoses is determined by the guide brackets.
We assemble in the reverse order and bleed the brake system (see Bleeding the brakes).
